It's in a great location and is a newer building. I've only been here a few days but it seems that the property is maintained very well. Love Lisa, Brianna and Patty. For the most part it is very quiet. However, I was surprised at how loud the tenant walking around above me is. Amenities are fantastic.

This is a great community to live in because of the beautiful apartments, views and amenities. This is a safe place to live in. Parking is plentiful outside and The Bluffs has underground heated parking. The building is well maintained and the staff is terrific. Your maintenance request are handled in a timely and efficient manner. We have party rooms that can be reserved and a great workout room with a sauna. The rooftop has a hot tub that is open all year. There is also a great outdoor kitchen on the rooftop. If coffee is your thing you can enjoy that at any time in the lobby. On Wednesday's The Bluffs has bagels for your enjoyment. Truly a classy place to live in. You will love it here.

I am very impressed with all clean and quiet it is here. I also enjoy all the amenities.

the most comfortable apartment living I have ever experienced

I am happy living here. Staff is friendly and helpful. I am however not use to people living above me. So getting use to hearing someone else walk across the floor is new to me. I will become accustom, I am sure. Location is good for me...and apartment size is great, wish my closets were bigger though. I like the layout of the model, better than the apartment I am in.

I would rate the Bluffs as Pretty Good. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate Chester's speed on fixing issues in my apartment. The noise level is low between apartments. I am not use to someone living above me. I can hear them more than I expected. I suppose that those below me would say the same. Overall, i am happy here. It is a Huge Improvement from where I was before.
